Test anxiety
Modern people have many anxieties, not only for the test but also for job and life expense, we must realize the reasons and tried to find ways to solve it.
First, we talk about reasons, of course have no prepare let students feel nervous, and have no idea about test. Less confidence, students always think the test is really difficult and they don’t have ability to answer it. And wrong study method may decrease the efficiency and waste time. Parents also pay too much attention on their children, students also have to complete with their classmates, so it bring a lot of stress.
As we realized the reasons, we have to solve it. Try to do the best, and do not care other people’s thinking, because too many opinions may disturb you. Then it’s necessary to improve study method, such as review the notes after the class immediately, be contrite can save time. Be active; try to change an angle to think matters. To realized ability and set up the goal, let we have power and motion to achieve the goal, sometimes parents can give rewards to the children when they finished homework.
Prevent anxiety is also important, malnutrition may let you feel upset, so we can absorb some protein foods, such as egg and milk, and don’t drink too much coffee, it may cause mental strain. Then suitable rest let us full of power and easy to get concentrate on our work. I considered that the basic and useful way is to chat with our family members or friends, they’re the people who really close you, and we can share our feeling to them and release pressure. And take exercise to keep good shape, have healthy body, we can do everything we want. Anxiety influence human’s behavior a lot, physical, mental, social connect and personal relationship. Anxious sickness certainly is not the matter which loses face, we must keep positive attitude to face our life.
